Online Grievance Submission
The Institute strives to maintain discipline and uphold the culture and ethos. It also respects the expectations of students already enrolled in Institution as well as for those seeking admission in IRMA in particular while contributing to its mission. In order to respond to the grievances of any student, prospective students and parents of existing students as well as prospective students despite its best efforts, the institute has constituted a “Students Grievance Redressal Committee (SGC)”.
a) Online Grievance Submission for Existing Students
A complaint from an aggrieved student relating to the institution shall be addressed to the Chairperson of Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC). For the information about “Students Grievance Redressal Committee (SGC)” please refer the office order.
Any student aggrieved by the decision of the Student Grievance Redressal Committee may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt SGRC decision.
