This study aims to identify the capacity needs of the key stakeholders (cooperators, general members and the employees concerned) to perform effectively in the dairy cooperative industry. It also aims to suggest the activities and appropriate ways to acquire and enhance capacity needs among these stakeholders. Finally, it envisages to review the existing programmes/activities to meet identified requirements, offered by which institutions and to suggest a strategy to fulfil the gap.
