On the 20th World Milk Day on 1st June 2020, Verghese Kurien Centre of Excellence (VKCoE) at IRMA released its inaugural VKCoE Digest.
It includes contributions from Prof. Tushaar Shah, Professor Emeritus, IRMA; Shri Dilip Rath, Chairman, National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA); Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Rajorhia, President, Indian Dairy Association; Shri Balu Iyer, Regional Director, International Cooperative Alliance – Asia Pacific (ICA-AP); Dr. R.S. Sodhi, Managing Director, Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), among others.
The Verghese Kurien Centre of Excellence (VKCoE), was established at IRMA in 2015 to keep alive Dr. Verghese Kurien's intellectual legacy. VKCoE strives to traverse the visionary path set by Dr. Kurien and continues to share his contributions through ongoing research, knowledge creation, and dissemination. The release of the VKCoE digest is an attempt of the VKCoE towards fulfilling this vision.
