A Review on Global Status of "Right to Water": A Topic for Discussion or Enactment

The focus of this article is on presenting an overall global status of the Right to Water (RTW) and to create a logical consistency or inconsistency around the need for RTW that could be drawn from previous literatures. By analysing various aspects of RTW, we try to establish disposition of the causes that may have been discouraging or encouraging different federal states to enact human rights to water in their constitutions.
