The Institute of Rural Management Anand was established in the year 1979, as a society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It is registered as a public trust under section 2(13) of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. IRMA is not substantially or wholly owned either by the Government of India or by the State.
IRMA offers Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management-Executive) and Fellow Programme in Management (Rural Management). All academic programmes are approved by AICTE.
IRMA does not offer any correspondence course.
