Fellow Programme in Management (Rural Management)
The Doctoral Colloquium on Management and Development aims to bring together scholars from different institutes of reputation. It provides an opportunity for doctoral students to present their proposals or full papers and obtain valuable inputs, create an environment for the exchange of ideas among peers and networking, and initiate discussion on issues related to management and development research. It also provides a platform for Ph.D. scholars who have been recently awarded or submitted their thesis and are on the verge of giving their defense, to showcase their best works (Job market papers) to attract the attention of potential recruiters. The DOCMAD is conducted under the aegis of IRMA’s Fellow Programme in Management (Rural Management).
