Accommodation

Important Note:

The demand for accommodation during the period of the conference is very high because of the influx of foreign tourists. Therefore, delegates are requested to take utmost care to immediately book for their accommodation either on campus or at the hotels as listed below.

On Campus Accommodation:

There is limited accommodation available on the IRMA campus at its Executive Training and Development Centre (ETDC) which has 36 air-conditioned rooms, a dining hall, and a lounge. The rooms are generally single occupancy which can be converted to additional occupants on demand. The campus has uninterrupted internet services. The participants will be provided the campus accommodation on a first-come, first-served, and chargeable basis. The charges are mentioned below:

*The mentioned rate includes breakfast and dinner. GST is exclusive of this rate. GST will be levied at 18% of the mentioned rate.

For booking your accommodation on the IRMA Campus, please ensure you have registered for attending the conference. Kindly send the booking request along with the copy of your registration confirmation by email to Mr. Oliver Macwan at etdc@irma.ac.in. Please note that your booking will be confirmed through email after your payment is processed.

Refund Rules for ETDC:

• 100% refund: Until 20 November 2022.
• 50% refund until 30 November
• No refund after 30 November

Nearby Hotels:

The conference organizers recommend following hotels nearby. Please note the conference organizers do not have any direct role to provide you accommodation at these hotels. You may directly contact these hotels and book your accommodation as early as possible. In case of any urgent problems, you may kindly contact us at smfirma2022@irma.ac.in.
